Terms of Service COVID-19 Health and Safety Standards The Boulevard Club Yachting Office remains in constant contact with Ontario Sailing and Sail Canada. We also are staying abreast of all City of Toronto news that relates to Youth Programming, Summer Camps, and Large Event programming. Everything is being done with our Members, guests and employees’ safety and health in mind. All program participants and their parent/guardian must sign off on the Boulevard Club Sailing Operating Procedures for Sailing Training during Emergency Order document as well as the Member Waiver and Declaration COVID19 form and email them back to the Yachting Office before training commences. I understand that programs of this nature contain an element of hazard and, in consideration of my child being permitted to take part in the program, I agree to save harmless and keep indemnified THE BOULEVARD CLUB and their respective agents, officials, servants and representatives from and against all claims, actions, costs, expenses and demands in respect to death, injury, loss, damage to person or property, howsoever caused, arising out of or in connection with taking part in THE BOULEVARD CLUB'S activities, notwithstanding that the same may have contributed to or caused or occasioned by the negligence of the same bodies or any of them, or their agents, officials, servants or representatives. I also understand that THE BOULEVARD CLUB is responsible for supervision of my child during class time only. If I cannot supervise my child outside these times, it is my responsibility to arrange for alternate supervision. I further understand and agree that this release is binding upon myself, my heirs, executors and assigns. By confirming registration, I am verifying that I have read through and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above. I understand it is the sole responsibility of the individual registrant attending the course(s) to ensure that they meet all of the registration requirements. Registrants who do not meet the age requirements and/or course prerequisites will not receive course completion credit. Non-credit payments If you have chosen an alternate method of payment (cheque/cash/membership account), you are responsible for delivering the payment to THE BOULEVARD CLUB no later than three weeks prior to the start date of your course. If this payment is not received by this date, THE BOULEVARD CLUB reserves the right to cancel your registration and open the spot up to other registrants. Refund and Cancellation Policy Refunds or exchanges must be requested a minimum of two weeks prior to the start date of your course. In order to request a refund, please contact THE BOULEVARD CLUB at: yachtingdirector@boulevardclub.com or by phone at 416 532 3341 with the order number and registrant name. Refunds will be made with the same method as the original payment. THE BOULEVARD CLUB reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange that does not meet the outlined terms. 1. All Junior Sailing programs must have a minimum enrollment of four sailors per program. 2. All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing. Please enclose any relevant medical documentation at the time of submission. 3. If cancellation of enrollment occurs more than two weeks prior to the program’s commencement, 100% of program fees will be refunded. 4. If cancellation occurs within two weeks to the program’s commencement, 50% of program fees will be refunded. 5. No refunds will be given after the start date of a program. 6. NON-MEMBERS: A non-refundable $50.00 cancellation fee is applicable to all program withdrawals.
